Thorntons cycle centre has been trading for over 40 years, established in 1969 by Mr Sid Thornton. It is now owned by his son David. Thorntons have four staff - Max, Phil , James and Dan.
Thorntons suffered a devasting fire in january 2010 and had to move to temporary premises for 12 months while renovations were done . They moved back in january 2011 and now have fully stocked air conditioned showrooms on 2 floors.
Thorntons have a large range of cycles in stock catering for all age groups and genres. They also stock a vast range of spares and accessories and offer a fully comprehensive repair service. All their cycles are fully assembled and checked before they leave the premises and they offer a free first service on all their new cycles.
